Fitting data to Michaelis-Menten equation by 5 different methods (python 3)
Methods are:
- Non-linear least squares fit to an hyperbola
- Direct linear plot
- 3 linearizations: LB, EO, Hanes
The notebook demo.ipynb can be used to produce all tables and plots. Just replace the demo data with your own.
