During the use of this program for my fellow PhD Friends, we couldn't get the program to launch correctly. This PR fixes the problem we faced where the python code auto generation didn't create the path correctly.
A simple .gitignore was added alongside a readme update to say that ffmpeg needs installed and how to install it.
