Copied over from older codebases of mine.
Looks like a convenience feature, *but* - more imporantly - this prevents certain symbol name clashes from occurring in common user-code.

Pixmap Paint is supposed to become a 2D drawing companion library of Pixmap Presenter.
Bonus:
Makes Pixmap manipulation available without the sdpy dependency.
