2.0.0 Removed Socket.IO

To keep inline with the development of the iOS library, the latest version of the bridge has dropped Socket.IO as a dependency and now uses custom, likely much more flaky, networking code.

The layouts directory is now checked recursively so layout files can be kept in sub folders

As well as serving layouts, this app now serves images
