#1244 transferring NeuroHub features. It allows invite users by putting a list of their emails or logins into a field rather than clicking on users. Copy paste of list from some project document could be more convenient, than clicking individual users.
Also we might be forced by confidentiality policies protect user identities and avoid disclosing the user lists
The invite is predicated by project license for uniformity with NeuroHub, I think it is better but do not mind particularly to drop this part.
