Hi, When I used your new version to make fearure.pkl, this error occurred, could you give any advice on how to solve it?

FATAL Flags parsing error: Unknown command line flag 'model_names'. Did you mean: model_preset ?
Pass --helpshort or --helpfull to see help on flags.

Use the run_alphafold.py to replace the same file in your directory, then have another try. If there's still this error, maybe you can send the code for running run_alphafold.sh here
