Add the MATLAB Container Runtime from the Container Tutorial to the CTL

  • Create a new repo (can use template here) with existing files
  • Minor improvements/additions
    • Add version pinning explicitly
    • Some examples of how to use (script or simple docs in README.md in the repo)
    • Comments in Dockerfile

Optionally

  • Add Singularity conversion
    • Singularity definition file
    • Test if it can be converted
    • If successful, test on XSEDE machines!
