This PR addresses issue #2263. Added a config option
Images.Background.Pos.AllowDecenteraccessed through the matching XML selector. Defaults tofalse, which results in the same behavior as before. Setting this value totrueas in the image will allow the X value to take effect, overriding barfiller's attempts to center the bar on screen.
