Where is VALDO

This repository contains the code to evaluate methods for the Where is VALDO challenge

Most of the metrics are ready, only the uncertainty part still needs to be added. This will be added soon.

Usage

1. In a virtual environment, install the requirements

   pip install -r requirements
   

2. Check use to compare two segmentations:

   python compare_segmentations.py --help
