Up

Stops the containers running

Usage:
    workflow start [-p]

Options:
    -p      Production mode

Under the hood this will run the following command

docker-compose -f docker-compose.yml -f docker-compose.dev.yml up -d

This will run docker-composer up, using a merged docker-compose.yml and docker-compose.dev.yml. The latter will override the former. Duplicates and arrays are replaced, not merged.
