Release 4.0

This release adds support for Sitecore 9.x with Solr.

This is the last release that will support Sitecore 8.x.

Release 3.1

This release adds support for Sitecore 7.2 and 7.5.

Sitecore versions < 7.2 will no longer be supported.

Release 3.0

Breaking Changes in Themes

Version 3.0 includes a new theme system which is not compatible with the old theme system. If you're using the theme system you'll need to convert your theme composition to the new system.

No more Custom Item Generator

The Custom Item Generator (CIG) has been removed.

Release 2.4

This release brings full support for Content Search as well as a few bug fixes and incremental updates.

Sitecore < 7.0 End of Support

This release also marks the end of support for Sitecore versions prior to Sitecore 7.0. WeBlog has now moved completely over to Content Search.

Code and build configurations for prior versions are still available in the 2.4 release tag in the source code, but Sitecore packages for these Sitecore versions will not be released.

All prior version code and build configurations will be removed from the next release of WeBlog.
