Added a colorlinks-use-html-colors option to:

Use HTML colors for linkcolor, filecolor, citecolor, and urlcolor.

This is an optional attribute and allows the use of HTML link colors without breaking compatibility with the Pandoc default template.

@abulgatz Could you propose these changes to the pandoc default template? I think it is a great addition to the default template, because users are much more familiar with the hex color format these days instead of the LaTeX names.
