Changelog link error

When you click the Changelog in Unity package manager

it take you to this URL: https://developer.vive.com/resources/openxr/openxr-mobile/download/latest/

Which seem a bit out dated.

This seems like the correct link:

Hi @JacobChrist ,
We did find the link error internally as well, and will correct the right one on next update.
Currently we collect some external/internal feedbacks and plan to have an update version before end of this year.
