Updated title to ".NET Book Study", that way the browser tab can show the official name.
In the header, I changed "#.NETBookStudy" to "#DotNetBookStudy" because I think it would be better to use the actual hashtag that we use on Twitter.
In the header, I need help fixing the font size of "#DotNetBookStudy". Not sure why it looks wonky after adding the href.
