Remove pytest specific features

Simply, I forgot how to use py.test's specific features and we can implement these features by simple standard way.

Hopefully.
I was working some weeks ago towards a new release from master.
See https://github.com/Kuniwak/vint/milestone/20 for the milestone.
Don't know about this PR, but the number of conflicts makes it look not so trivial.
