addressindex, timestampindex, spentindex are broken #157

addressindex, timestampindex, spentindex needed for Insight explorer are broken since sapling changes. all methods depends on these type of indexes are broken too. for example:

komodo-cli -ac_name=VRSC getsnapshot

or

komodo-cli -ac_name=VRSC getblockhashes 1526860800 1526947200

returns nothing.

Can reproduce getblockhashes. It returns empty for me [ ]

getsnapshot does return properly for me. Not sure if an update has changed since this issue was opened
