feat: DynamicAddressablesNetworkPrefabs upgrade to Netcode for GameObjects v1.8.1 [MTT-8514] #177

Description

This PR upgrades DynamicAddressablesNetworkPrefabs Sample to include:

  • Universal Rpcs
  • OnConnectionEvent API
  • NetworkObject.InstantiateAndSpawn API (where possible)

removing the client synchronization mode addition (it was my first test to figure out what was wrong and I forgot to remove it).
