feat: Client Driven project upgraded to 2022.3.27f1 LTS [MTT-8512] #175

Upgrading Client Driven to Unity 2022.3.27f1 LTS.

To test:
Connect as a host.
Connect a client to host.
Verify visual and gameplay elements function as normal.

[ N/A ] Tests have been added for the project and/or any internal package
Release notes have been added to the project changelog file
Pull request has a meaningful description of its purpose
All commits are accompanied by meaningful commit messages
JIRA ticket ID is in the PR title or at least one commit message
