Codebase for the LCA Harmonization Tool ( a RCP/RAP Java application)
This repo contains the latest stable version of the EPA / USDA Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Harmonization Tool (HT). This tool is in beta state. Primary authors are Tom Transue and Tommy Cathey, Lockheed Martin contractors supporting US EPA efforts. The vision and technical direction were provided by Wesley Ingwersen and others in the US EPA Life Cycle Assessment Center for Excellence.
