Standard utilities for use on a remote server.

As soon as you clone this repo, run the following commands to clone plowshare (required for kody_upload).

git submodule init
git submodule update

Currently have:

• repo : Google's repo utility
• kody_upload : upload utility we currently are on bayfiles and sendspace.com
• fixup_commits : commit fixer
