Address can now be changed

The default value (if no value is provided) is "127.0.0.1"

I don't know why, those changes are creating problems in my server. Maybe I'm pip-installing them in the wrong way. If you want, you can test them and tell me how it's going.

I created the last two commits because Python was warning me about it, anyways, as I said, maybe I was installing the package wrongly, in that case I could revert them.

Thanks for your contribution. I'm currently rewriting a portion of the server to allow for automated testing; I'll come back to this in a few days when I'm done.
