Docker Development Router

A quick and dirty, docker-based deployment of nginx-reverse-proxy and dnsmasq for development. All of the dynamic hostname rerouting awesomeness of actually specifying your container's hostname with the laziness of not doing that ever.

Okay, but Docker can already do this.
