I've resolved my TODOs and polished the text a bit more. From my perspective it is ready to have a first review from another person than me or @cah-hbaum. Especially, I would be interested if it is nice to follow, and if the level of detail is okay.

Another thing which I am unsure about is the Yaook image that we use: a) we probably need to have some kind of attribution, and b) I just reused the <figure> and {% asset ... %} snippets from another blog post in the hopes it will work – but I can't check it, because there is no preview.

Good post.
I suggest to merge my suggestions before posting though:

  • person-hours is the preferrable term
  • renaming flavors can cause some customer headache, so let's make readers aware
  • also mention that a vanilla OpenStack is much better to make SCS compliant than a heavily customized one

Very good work @cah-hbaum and @martinmo. I like your intro as well as the structure of this blog post. IMO, it is a great value-added for SCS community and beyond. :-)

Just some minor typos and linguistic issues
