I recall that Oracle linux is shipped with some missing features in libsodium

is EPEL fully working one ?

I took Oracle Linux 7 (in Oracle cloud) and rebuilt libsodium from EPEL8

@chipitsine thx for this. i'm trying to build now but having issues w/ the github symlink to the libhamcore, so need to rewrite my Dockerfile to git clone instead. working on it now... this fixes the EPEL/libsodium issue at least w/ (adding it in two stages, first adding epel, then it rebuilds the package list)

can you please verify that updated guide is good for both CentOS7 and CentOS8 ?

if it will not work for CentOS7, doc should be updated

Hm having issues now finding the vpnserver binary. Post build what directory is it in? I'll tidy up this PR but as of now can't build the docker image forking the siomiz one that's on stable and quite old.
