First pre-alpha release

The first release has enough features to allow a player to track an Overwatch competitive season and see basic stats about performance with heroes, hero types, maps and map types. The main focus of this initial release is to allow players to edit the excising data and to allow them to add new maps, characters, seasons, etc. without having to wait for a new release of the app.
