@SeamusClarke If you're interested in having this package machinery built around BTS, please let me know. I can take care of the merge issues. It would be best for your package if it were both installable and python3-compatible. |

This PR adds all the astropy machinery for
setup.pyand changes the print statements to functions to make it py3 compatible.
