Machine Learning with Mathematical Modelling

Welcome to the Machine Learning with Mathematical Modelling repository!

This repository presents various machine learning problems that use mathematical modelling to deepen your understanding of this powerful tool. Each folder or file contains a PDF of the problem statement and its corresponding code.

The problems cover a range of topics, including Ordinary Least Squares Regression, Ridge Regression (Gradient Descent and Stochastic Gradient Descent), Lasso Regression (Gradient Descent and Stochastic Gradient Descent), Kernel Regression (Gradient Descent and Stochastic Gradient Descent), L1 Norm Loss Regression (Sub Gradient Descent), L1 Norm Loss Kernel Regression, and ε-Support Vector Regression (Epsilon-SVR).

In addition to these machine learning problems, we have included some data mining tasks that utilize Association Rule Mining and Frequent Set Mining on the US Accident Dataset and an approximate cost regressor for restaurants on the Zomato Dataset.
