NOTE: Execute Step 1 outside the github repo!! The virtual environment should be local to your machine only.

1.
sudo apt-get install python3-venv
python3 -m venv venv

2.
source venv/bin/activate

3.
sudo apt-get install python3-pip
sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

4.
pip3 install Flask
pip3 install psycopg2

5.
copy the following lines from pg_hba.conf:

#Should allow connection without password
host    all all 0.0.0.0/0   trust
host    all all ::0/0   trust

and paste in:
sudo vi /etc/postgresql/13/main/pg_hba.conf

6.
sudo service postgresql reload

7.
./run_server.sh

8.
Server is live at:
http://127.0.0.1:5000/
