A: Simply clone/download the project and navigate to the debug folder to find the exe. The program isn't installable, only runnable. The program also requires some files to be in the same directory as the exe, so be sure to leave them there.
A: This is probably because you've not got emgu setup correctly. Ensure that the Emgu.CV.World.dll and the cvexern.dll are in the exe directory. If the program says it can't find the template file, ensure you haven't moved it from the exe directory.
A: The program isn't perfect, and won't identify every image every time. Even the best AI's don't have 100% accuracy yet. Try providing the program with more training data, then try again.
