Simple script that takes charges from a Bader analysis (http://theory.cm.utexas.edu/henkelman/code/bader/) and converts them to effective charges based on the valence electrons in the pseudopotential. This is then written to an xyz and pdb file for easy visualization in, for example, VMD.
