Closing milestone 2.2 - Compatibility and Documentation

Stable multi-camera and ssl division functionality
Travis is now working for ubuntu trusty/xenial/bionic and macOs
Qt5.x support is done (tested on mac and linux)
Image resolution fixed for high dpi monitors
Vartypes now install during build
Documentations updated
