Description

Added env variables MIXPANEL_TOKEN and MIXPANEL_HOST, and host must be set as MIXPANEL_HOST="api-eu.mixpanel.com" to route data to Mixpanel's EU servers [1]

The file mixpanel.ts has the function to init and tack events to the mixpanel panel

Added to the form model the logEvents propriety to know when the form editions, downloads and records events of a form must be recorded
