Churn prediction in telecommunications
In this use case, we intend to predict churn of customers that use phone lines in the telecommunication market. The dataset has been found on internet.
The python script loads the data set, performs descriptive statistics, runs some machine learning among the most common ones, check their predictive performance for this classification task and eventually give some insight to potential future marketing actions to take.
