I have the RemotePi from https://www.msldigital.com installed on an RPi2 and I have used it for many years. After the recent issue with certificates etc. I had to reinstall RasPlex and that is when I ran into a problem.

Running the following command after downloading the mslconfigtool for the RemotePi I get the following error message.

./mslconfigtool: /usr/lib/libc.so.6: version GLIBC_2.28' not found (required by ./mslconfigtool)`

Can someone show me how to install the missing lib on RasPlex or suggest an alternative to get the mslconfigtool working again?

Any help would be appreciated.

RPi model: Raspberry Pi 2 B+
RasPlex: Default skin
PMS: 1.24.4.5081 Synology DSM 6 + DSM 7 and Windows
Network: WiFi

You will need to find an older version of the mlsconfigtool, such as the one you had on your previous installation. The version you have downloaded is linked against a newer version of libc than has been shipped with rasplex. Replacing libc is not trivial, it is a fundamental library used by nearly everything on the system.

I am not sure I can find the older version of the mslconfigtool, I believe I wiped it when I reformatted my MicroSD card, but I will certainly try, thanks Dale.
