When streaming any HEVC encoded file from a remote server, the remote quality (which is set very low due to a ~4Mbps connection) seems to be ignored and playback is instead at the maximum possible quality. Can be reproduced on any HEVC file, causes immense lag.
there is a solution to transcode 1080p to 4mb 720p???
