Quick start

• Create a new WPF app.
• Install from nuget: Install-Package WPFBootstrapUI.
• Edit the App.xaml to following:

    xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"

Edit the MainWindow.xaml to following:
