Properly Split unit experience(veterancy) classes:

Infantry

Lvl 1: Firepower +10%
Lvl 2: Firepower +20%
Lvl 3: Firepower +30%, Range +15%, Speed +15%, Self-heal 50%
LvL 4: Firepower +40%, Range +15%, Speed +30%, Self-heal 100%, Reload Delay -20%

Vehicles, Ships (+100% rate)

Lvl 1: Health +10%, Firepower +10%
Lvl 2: Health +20%, Firepower +20%
Lvl 3: Health +30%, Firepower +30%, Range +15%, Speed +15%, Self-heal 50%
LvL 4: Health +40%, Firepower +40%, Range +15%, Speed +30%, Self-heal 100%, Reload Delay -20%

Aircraft (+50% rate)

Lvl 1: Speed +10%, Firepower +10%
Lvl 2: Speed +20%, Firepower +20%

Lvl 2: $1500 (Requires Tech Center)

Misc. Tier 3 Vehicle Upgrades ($1000, Requires Tech Center):

Phase Transport: +15% speed
Tank Destroyer: -50% inaccuracy
Chrono Tank: Heavy Armor, 300HP
Parabombs - 15% Badger speed

Aditional balance changes

    Added weapons' range circle.

  • Tank Destroyer
    Unlock cost reduced to $750 from $1000

  • Sniper/MachineGunner/GrenadeLauncher:
    Unlock cost reduced to $500 from $750

  • Mammoth KV-8
    Damage: 9, up from 8
