Incorporating the latest changes for SIM and ODT reconstruction using a proximal gradient descent framework

Major changes since the last version include

  • An object oriented interface for many DMD simulation tasks. A number of DMD models are supported by default, and interfaces for new models are easy to add.
  • Added GUI DMD diffraction explorer to examples
  • Added GPU accelerated Mie theory field calculations for dielectric spheres
  • Moved various functions from sim_reconstruction.py to fft.py
  • Added approach to extract more diagnostic information during ODT field reconstruction with dask
