Opening this as a draft for feedback and collaboration.

The general plan is to add several new psychiatric medications with varying levels of side effects, so people can have their characters take one or two specific medications instead of large cocktails.

An additional thought for later down the line is a potential rebalance of the metabolism rates of all psychiatric medications so they aren't wearing off after ten minutes when realistically you should only have to take a dose every few hours.

The currently brainstormed list of medications includes:

  • Aripiprazole
  • Haloperidol
  • Clonazepam
  • Diazepam
  • Zuclopenthixol
  • Amitryptyline
  • Fluoxetine
  • Carbamazepine
  • Diphenhydramine (also an antihistamine, might be handy)

Current things to do are:

  • Brainstorm more medication choices.
  • Add all chosen medications.
  • Add proper taste values for the medications.
  • Add recipes for the medications.
  • Add side effects for the medications.
  • Fix existing prefab pill bottles containing psychiatric medications.
  • Update metabolism rates of psychiatric medications.
  • Possibly overhaul Lithium's mob effects.
  • Possibly add new prefab pill bottles containing some of the medications.

Pure opinion here, not code related or anything terribly constructive, but... who is this for? This is quite a lot of reagents being added for a fairly narrow set of edge cases in RP.

RP fluff, really. I'd personally love to see it. The current medication choices as a psych in-round suck and a good number of people seemed eager to have more options for prescriptions.

This came out of a discord conversation in the rp-discussion channel with at least five to ten people expressing interest in having more flavour to work with. And as Sypsoti says we only have at most four chems to use currently.

This remains on hold while recipes are brainstormed, and until I can get more input from Schnayy. It's fairly self contained so it shouldn't trigger many conflicts.

@Frenjo please rebase instead of merging the main branch into your feature branch. Doing that creates tree cyclicity and can hide complex problems.

Adds aripiprazole, haloperidol, clonazepam, diazepam and zuclopenthixol.

These have no side effects, recipes or metabolism changes yet, just a first stage commit.
Adds amitryptyline, fluoxetine, carbamazepine and diphenhydramine.

No recipes or anything else again.
