Changes the ethernet-over-USB protocol used with macOS devices to NCM. Big Sur (v11 of macOS) has removed support for the previous protocol, ECM.

NOTE: Unlike all other releases to date, this update will require an active internet connection on the Pocket NC to have it's intended effect. Applying this update while offline will not cause any functional changes.
