- Add PixiEditor to "Open with" menu #492
- Call SHChangeNotify on first startup for Steam (and maybe others too) to refresh explorer (for it to recognize the .pixi association and the thumbnail provider) (edit: it seems like the thumbnail provider already does this?)
PixiThumbnailProvider 0.9 done in native mode
