The implementation of the fast SQuaD-MDS method for multidimensional scaling and its hybrid extension with FIt-SNE (https://github.com/KlugerLab/FIt-SNE), which enhances the preservation of global structures.

Most files in "FItSNE_files" are identical to those in the original FIt-SNE project (https://github.com/KlugerLab/FIt-SNE). The install instructions are the same as in the original repository (for windows: build the solution, put the .exe in bin/, and add FFTW DLLs in bin/ as well.
