Rev 3

• Reduced size of msipl, should fit most standard formatted memory sticks.
• ARK's cIPL can now be used to load PRO or ME by creating a config file in flash0:/arkcipl.cfg with either cfw=pro or cfw=me (as is, no quotes, spaces or new lines).
• cIPL installer will now refuse to work if it's not running within ARK or if Infinity is already installed.
• cIPL installer will now do an actual cold reboot after un/installing instead of a software reset.
