Update for chrome compatibility

Mostly a chrome compatibility update to "manifest v3"
Prevented some extraneous error messages that were causing confusion.

1. The popup now has links to zendesk dashboard and platform.sh (although may only be useful for support)
2. DRR script has been moved over from original mcm project and added scan output
3. Improved handling of env ids that now allow single & double quotes plus commas
