One option I had in Opera Legacy 12 that I did not find in the Otter Browser is to hide the title bar, keeping the view only by the tabs (as most web browsers do, and almost always by default). The absence of this option is annoying, and I feel compelled to display the full-screen browser (F11) as an alternative, but it falls into issue #1571.
