added TEI boilerplate editions

This release includes new bootstrapped boilerplate editions for each issue, automatically generated from the metadata and linking to local facsimiles (which users would need to add themselves as I have no permission to share them). The metadata has been corrected and new formats such as Zotero RDF have been added.
