Skill level no longer appears next to scientists under hire screen #268

Under 0.1-70 the skill level of the scientist appeared next to their picture on the hire screen. This was a REALLY useful feature of OpenApoc allowing you to quickly buy the best skilled scientists.

Under 0.1-83 this no longer happens and the layout is similar to vanilla.

Can the preview of skill level be reintroduced as a feature please?

Jacob you know that you can press in game ALT+Prt Scr
and then when you in edit mode of this issue you can just presss CTRL+V and screen autoupload to it?)
