In turn based mode in the original, after you had hit the end turn button and the game asked you whether you wanted to "execute remaining orders?" for an agent, you could give new orders to that agent. You could even give new orders to other agents if you'd forgotten to move them, and the turn wouldn't end until you pressed the "end turn" button again. This was a handy feature because it's easy to lose track of agents in the game.
