Whenever I open the start menu while there's no window in focus on my primary monitor, it'll open on a different monitor. This is very annoying.
However, this could be related to Retrobar, as I am using that as well.
Start menu
Click on the Start menu while having 3 monitors, and no windows are open/in focus on monitor 1.
Expected behaviour is that the start menu appears on monitor 1, while nothing is open or in focus on monitor 1.

Could you try to disable/uninstall Retrobar temporarily to see if the behavior will change?
Retrobar
Sorry, something went wrong.
Also, please, make sure you have your primary monitor properly set: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/change-main-display-in-windows-11.964/
