JUMP LISTS not customisable

Describe the bug

I found my jumnplists (e.g. Recent Items) not opening. The arrow symol basicaly does not appear, thus no recent itemst jumlist appears.
I also found some unwanted jumplists - willing to open the content of folders that i keep at my Start Menu.

Where and how may I customise it?

These are marked jumplists that I don't need (they disturb my workflow), plus there's one that does not appear at all, but i need it.

some jumplists must vannish, some must return.
